Whose idea was it to let Reality TV hosts host the Emmys? Please never allow them to work again. God it dragged.

I just saw a new House preview, I'm having to work really hard to stop squee-ing.

( HOUSE SPOILERS )

I'm watching the commentary for House's Head on the new released House Season 4 DVD's, and they said they're going to explore Thirteen's sexuality! Yayy!! Olivia Wilde is so adorable (I love watching her in the interviews and behind the scenes). Anne Dudek (Amber) is so sweet and shy in real life, she's really quite an amazing actress (I might need to go find more things she's been in).

"And now for something completely different"
My dad's finally home :) yay. And he brings gifts of chocolate (Mars Bars, Cadbury Roses, Aero Mint- Britain makes the best chocolate!), a silver and sky blue shell Celtic earring and necklace set, lesbian magazines (DIVA whoo!), and a book on the history of lesbian bars (he's a Historian who writes about Pubs- he can't help it).

The thought of my dad in a lesbian bookstore in London, awkwardly asking about magazines and books for his gay daughter is both hilarious and really sweet. This from a man who three years ago said to my ex-psychiatrist, "she thinks she's a lesbian." That psychiatrist thought my sexuality was a phase and was in general, non-awesome, so you know... Anyway, I'm so proud of my dad now :).

Counting down to AfterEllen's Hot 100 List coming out Monday (so excited!), I've been wondering what my Hot 100 list would look like. I ended up only with 70, after deciding not to put the actresses who I only followed in a specific role on the list. So, I present 70 women who I've lusted over, admired, and respected. Actresses I've watched in any film or TV show, no matter how awful or boring, just to catch a glimpse of them. Countless magazines purchased just for their photos and interviews. It is no accident that many of these women have played lesbian/bi characters, acted in movies with GLBT themes, or just played characters seemed to hint at a gay subtext. Once you attract a lesbian's attention, you will have a lesbian following for life.

So, I have a really bad crush on Nicol Paone from The Big Gay Sketch Show.
   
She wrote "thanks for the add request little one!" on my myspace, and I couldn't stop a huge grin. I watched all of BGSS seasons 1 and 2 this week (very fantastic, she's amazing), as well as a fair amount of clips of Nicol on Youtube. I have WAY too many tv/movie crushes.... and just after I started having a big crush on Olivia Wilde (13 from House, Alex from the OC).
